I had them blammed because it's against the rules to submit pornographic galleries, or any galleries of that matter, unless you made the contents entirely by yourself or at least own the rights.
Secondly, you need to be over 18 or 21 to even look at that kind of stuff kid.

Mature and Hentai section? It's for original work, not some swf file with stolen pictures in it made by little children..
Also, it doesn't matter one tiny bit of shit what you think it is, it is pornography and it's illegal for you to even watch it, and it is also illegal for you to just steal pictures and then submit them in some swf files you have compiled.

1: Hentai is obviously porn if you take a closer look.

If you don't understand and still want to keep submitting your content without ANY warning you will give rather a free BLAM point or a chance for Wade Fulp to terminate your account... oh yes, he can do that even when you're not logged on or looking. Try to search for the people who are watching you on the internet by the address, take their telescopes, computers, goggles etc. so they wont check you, go to newgrounds.com to see what do newgrounders really want, and last, submit your content. I you don't follow these rules you're screwed.
